Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

PwC1 if you are ambassador there a ton of perks most people don’t realize. The Guaranteed Your 24 is probably my favorite.
I had preferred Platinum or whatever they use to call the tier where you had to be selected to join and I haven’t really noticed a different. But until Covid I probably had the best ambassador there was her name was Brenda and she always made sure my stay was taken care of from pillows, to gifts, and she would call me every couple weeks and just went over my stays and how they could do better. I think she made the experience
Marriott has a lot of hotels (Lifetime Titanium). Also have Hyatt Globalist and like their hotels as well.
American for airline (CK) - I have lived predominantly in AA hub cities. they treat me well. I don’t know the differences per airline programs but I think you will find the fewer connections and better schedules will be preferred.
I do recommend to pick a hotel and an airline and stick with them as much as possible. The lifetime status will pay dividends even after you stop traveling for work.
Marriott is garbage but it's also everywhere and often preferred by firms, so we're kind of stuck
