Hi, Is Trading & Investing in stocks banned for software engineers in JP Morgan? What about Mutual Funds, are they restricted/monitored ? Can we trade in Futures & Options ? If not equity stocks, can we trade in commodity exchange? Or maybe Forex exchange? Or Cryptos? Just want to know the boundaries of trading & investment and work accordingly! What are your experiences?

What are people’s thoughts on the crypto.com app and their currency CRO? The debit cards they released come with honestly some great benefits (free Spotify/netflix subscription, 10%+ on staking, free airport lounge access) as long as you’re willing to stake a certain amount for 180 days.
Would love to hear from anyone who has contemplated and either decided for or against! Also which card level did you jump in at if you did?
VTI is what I would use. VOO would be second choice. At 40 you may want a little exposure to bonds. There target date funds are good because they have a more diversified mix of funds. You can save a little by just looking at the funds that make it up and holding them separately. Then just rebalance periodically.

Those target date funds are more expensive for a reason. You’re likely to need a bond allocation and will need a glide path to retirement with frequent rebalancing. The fee difference is very low—you’re essentially getting proprietary asset allocation advice for under 0.1%.
I agree. You can do it yourself and just follow their glide pattern and do your own rebalancing. 10 basis points is a very reasonable price to pay for that effort.
