How would anyone know? It depends on deductibles for each and the cost. If they're the same, it just boils down to which network you want to be in.

That's like asking to choose between Toyota Group or Volkswagen Group. We could be comparing Jettas and Carollas or we could be comparing Porsche 911s to a Camry
Depends on your state and county and your needs and how your plan’s premium/deductible is priced. Literally comparing apples to oranges here.
Geography and company size play a big role. Some cities may be better for one over the other, and the rates are negotiated different by company. You’re trying to compare green apples to red apples- they’re all apples, but it depends on your preference and the tree they came from.
I prefer Aetna because neither mine nor my spouse’s firm offers me Cigna as an option. Disclaimer: I have UHC.
I think it depends on the plan that the company negotiated. I had better plans with Aetna. The Cigna plans were miserable. But that could be a result of poor plan negotiation
I’ve had fine experiences with either (of course depends on the plan as others have said)
CIGNA if its just the PPO network. I have it paired with a UHC plan and its amazing.
