IBM has stronger/true relationships with accounts and excellent delivery methods with great data science resources to back them up. They also acquired 7summits and Waeg and are making investments with clients on Salesforce and in Salesforce (biggest sales cloud implementation and slack users)
Accenture has/had some of the best and caring leadership in growing their sfbiz group to where they are today. Accounts have SF numbers to meet and have a very collaboration culture internally on the products strengths which allow them to show up united with their pov and offerings for clients
Honestly I have heard good things about culture at both companies. Maybe in past couple of years Bluewolf has changed culture.
