What function at BOLD?

Honestly MBB. All 3 of them have tech divisions, and google hires a lot from MBB. It won’t put you in to tech specifically, and will leave the door open to strategy roles and what not.

Does it make sense strategically to lateral from T2 to MBB in the next few months (assuming late summer start) if I want to do 2022 on-cycle? Will funds care that I’d only have a few months of experience at MBB / would I be poorly perceived for wanting to leave MBB after a year?

Any help with making a decision here? I'm considering both as a Sr Consultant (I'm a manager but paid less than either): - EY Parthenon 180K base + bonus (avg range 12-18% w a max of 25% so 45K). I got this salary range from the recruiter - BCG but I don't know an actual salary offer for this. So I'm looking online seeing 165K base + some bonus "range" and a max of 40K. BCG seems low comparatively, especially given the old "horror stories" of work/life balance. But I've heard good changes!
