I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? How much you can expect for 5+ yrs

My coworker has just resign and I’m thinking of talking to my manager to see if instead of them hiring a new employee to increase my salary (my current salary + what this coworker is currently making) and I will take care of all of her responsibilities. I’ve been to a few interviews for other jobs, but I either don’t get a call back or the salary is too low.
Is this a good idea?
My main concern right now is to increase my salary. Have many bills to pay and want to start saving.

Is any PM waiting here for an offer from JIO? It’s been such a long wait, almost 21 days since the salary discussion and no offer yet. Consultant keeps saying that it’s in process and you’ll get it, anyone else faced this with JIO? Should I give up hope?

I have resigned TCS after getting offer in another tech company with 110% hike. The new company is requesting whether a buy out option can be availed and they are ready to sponsor the buy out.
TCS side Manager and Project lead are saying that as per policy it’s not possible.

Any suggestions to negotiate a buy out by serving 60 days instead of 90 possible ?

Any articles or books on maintaining a trusted client relationship? OR any pointers towards doing that?
One consistent feedback I receive is that I don't follow through on client relationship. I build tremendous trust and good will during an engagement, but I let the relationship die out once we wrap the work out. OR It is luke warm at best with a periodic email once in a while, unable to introduce people or grow the relationship.
Any help?

I have a generalist background (although I’m primarily a litigator) and was a partner at an Amlaw 100 firm. I’ve had my resume reviewed and keep getting great feedback. Not getting many interviews and when I do, I’m not getting offers despite positive interviews. How do I differentiate myself? Should I get some sort of certification or specialty? This is getting depressing.

Mine barely post anything on LinkedIn, so commenting on their posts is out of the question, and apparently it's impolite to just message or email them if the job searcher doesn't have anything to share besides asking for a referral or opening. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this?
