Actually 70k euro isnt too bad in Netherland. You get to live in a good country and almost save as much. At the same time, forget about the luxuries you will get in India. You will have to do things on your own (cooking cleaning and the likes), go around in public transport.

If i were you i would take the netherland job for 3-4 years to experience and travel europe. After that if i could not land anything more than 100k in next 3-4years, i would return to India.
