Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA
I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)
Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.
When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.
But now they declined. Weird.

Need help from Amazon 🐠 Anyone interviewed for Amazon L5 BIE in GSF supply chain team? The JD said basic qualifications include data modeling, ETL, data warehousing and optimization. Any idea or experience how they will test these topics? Asking about related experience? Or show some data and ask how you will deal with that? Or like a case study, given a senario and ask how you think in order to tackle problem? Need advice/idea/experience urgently. Thanks in advance.Amazon @BIE

Amazon. As a swe you get so much autonomy and experience working on massively scalable systems. You’ll get a lot thrown at you quick but if you can keep up it will 3x your growth as an engineer and open up so many doors. 2 years as a swe at Amazon = 4 years at a regular tech company
I'd say Amazon, since you'll probably make more in a shorter period of time. If you didn't need short term money, I'd lean toward mid-tier or series D.
3 years is a good period for options to vest. Probably Amazon. Series D is later so you might have a worse strike price (and no guarantee of an exit event).
Amazon vs mid-tier comes down to comp package. There’s def some out there that will beat Amazon but it’s all 🤷🏻♂️
series D startup
Disagree since OP specified <3 years. Waiting for an IPO + lockout period means you’re probably not liquidating any equity
I’d go with Amazon.
I guess I'd have to say wherever you could most easily embezzle funds
Yep, probably Amazon.
Depends, but i'd bet on the series D startup
If you think you could make a profitable exit perhaps. If you're the gambling type ; )
