Does anyone have resources or direct suggestions for bonus goals/metrics for the legal department? I crafted a mix of goals related to contract turn-around time being under a standard time, being within approved budget, and some other measurable spend related goals and was told by executive team the goals need to be more “quantifiable” (which is a stupid criticism since these are all quantifiable/objectively measurable). Looking for other suggestions.

I see data scientist, senior, and principal lvls at McK and I'm not sure how quickly people are promoted there. And what's the comp range for each level? I see 100k, 130k, 200k respectively in Glassdoor but not sure if that's true.

When asked about the joining bonus HR said that there is no joining bonus for those who joined post March 2022. But I see some people are getting joining bonus.

I've 6.5 yrs of experience in automation testing & agile methodology. Currently in CL9. I joined ACN with mindset that I'll move into management role after couple of years, but they put me into a project which is 100% opposite to my previous experience, both domain and techn wise. I'm planning to take up Agile Project Management role immediately (Scrum Master or PO) & my supervisor said he will help me making the shift. Is it worth for me to make this shift right now? Recently completed MBA.

I have got an offer from Accenture for Level8. I was 60% matching for the profile and got selected through saying there no project currently for this role, we are taking in advance. I doubt if they would send me out after project allocation done saying profile not matching. Want to know is there job security in Accenture provided I can learn and upskill the remaining 40% in 3 months time.

Im a crucial resource in Accenture, can i hope Accenture matches the counter offer for my yoe? Also, can I consider my manager word if they say that they will revise in next 3 or 6 mnths?
