How do you know it’s time to leave a job/pivot? (vs sticking it out). We’ve grown really quickly as a company so it’s definitely an adjustment.

Pros:
- Lots of people are great to work with
- Smart marketers
- Has been a huge career accelerator leadership wise
- Growing company and stable-ish industry
- Hopeful future

Cons
- More red tape, slower innovation
- More meetings/reporting than work
- Doesn’t feel like creativity is a value
- A few prominent people left recently
- Lots of burnout

I recently interviewed for a health research analyst position Ina consulting firm. I found some of the questions objectionable. What threw me off was the interviewer asked me and I will quote them " with your current generation, work life balance is a huge deal. What do you think are the benefits of working?" They also told me they do "overtime".
Is it just me who thinks this was another way of saying we want you to work more than required?

How advisable it is to leave a product based organisation within a year because of work satisfaction ? I have 9 YOE. I also got an offer from service based organisation Nagarro with 15% hike.
