I think HCL is a solid company

What is the meaning of solid company please

I’d go with Aon. I’ve heard better things about their benefits and WLB. They are pretty close to even though. I think you’ll do well at either.

Company never wants to change anything for you , even if there is a system like IJP it won’t be that easy. Decide, Plan for study and execute you’ll be successful. I’ve changed my technology from IT Operations—> Network Engineer —> Network Security Engineer. Don’t know what your domain is but there’s always a track you’ve to decide. PS: I used YouTube for all my studies.

Also I was informed that I will be a solo player of my technology in Aon

I think it's good to shift to new technology but personally unrealistic to think that you will retire in the same company. The hikes yo get internally don't come close to what you'd get when you leave etc. HCL is a good option but I would still keep looking

Very old technology mean I think it's mainframe. I'm also on mainframe and planning on moving on to a new technology... I just got an offer from HCL will join there and prepare for new tech as well..

Any advice would be appreciated! (My current job has a pension and I pay extra into a different 457)
