How do you navigate getting a referral on a platform like this? Genuinely curious on if HR/Recruiting asks how you know the person you're referring, or if they don't care where the referral comes from.
Really interested in a junior PM role at Razorfish. A close friend currently works for a different Publicis org, so not sure if a referral from them would mean anything.

I've heard American is one of the best airlines to work for. In fact, their turnover is super low, which says a lot about how they treat their employees. I'm not sure about Delta.
That all depends on the role. I have friends at both and both places have different perks. I personally prefer Delta.
For flying, Delta. For working American Airlines only because I've heard really really good things. Delta seems to be a bit more or a turbulent work environment but I could be wrong.
