I have 4.8 years of exp. Recently I received offer from one of the product based company in gurgaon (34 fixed + 8 lakhs stocks (vesting period 4 years).
I have joining in few days but I am not sure if I am outer side of bubble or product based companies generally can offer this much CTC ?

When telling a Product based company on my expectations while Interviewing, what should I tell, only about how much hike I need over my CTC or should I tell how much RSUs I need too?

If yes on the RSU part, how to come to a conclusion on what amount of RSUs to ask for(considering most Product based companies have a 3/4 year vesting policy)?
