Applied to transfer to another property, found out that my manager told their manager that I had attendance issues, which she has never talked to me about and even said recently that I don’t have any attendance issues. I have completed all rounds with RBEI and HR discussion went well (yet to receive offer). My current CTC is 5L and I hold 2 offers of 11L (incl 10% VP) and I sent them counter offer letters and not sure if they will match my CTC or not.
