See if you can negotiate with job offer 1 to offer more PTO, but either way it sounds like your best offer. Also try with benefits, but that's usually more locked down and standard across the board for a company.
I'd go with Job offer 2! I think culture is way more important than salary tbh
The job with more salary has the better workplace culture.
Being a bit analytical - I’d weigh up the likely impact of culture on me and calculate the %increase of the 10k and PTO - that would help me choose
I would go for the benefits and PTO but it really depends on what your priorities are. Are you more concerned about your life outside of work (take the PTO) or your life at work (pick the better workplace culture).
I had to read that a couple times but I think I have got it now. personally, I value good culture over anything else. It is impossible to work at a plave with bad culture. I would go for job #1.
