Doesn't get you much after condo fees sadly. Any decent luxury condo building is approaching 2k/mo on fees alone... add about 1k/mo taxes, and that leaves about 3k/mo for a mortgage. So probably a $1m 1br apt.

Would consider a nice 2 bedroom instead of a luxury 1 if you're bent on renting.
