Has anyone taken the looker certification? What was it like? I’m looking to go through the courses looker offers before taking the cert.

Recently got Salesforce Admin certification, have 10 yoe (8 yoe in tech and Big4 consulting), mostly Msft Dyn CRM and Program Manager experience, want to get into Salesforce world and trying to figure out which Salesforce related companies and roles would fit well with my background...suggestions?

Just passed my SHRM-CP. I paid for this myself and, TBH, the company I’m with seems a bit “on the rocks”. Looking for a remote position (who isn’t?). My question is this - should I tell my current employer that I took the SHRM exam and passed or let it ride? My direct manager is a major micromanager who is saving herself and her “special friend” from an impending disaster, she lies and is unethical. (I don’t want her taking credit for me getting my cert - her new role is corp trainer)

Hey all - 2 years in consulting so far as a fairly "type b" personality - relaxed, uncompetitive, enjoy socializing with my colleagues. To be clear, this is not the same as being lazy or irresponsible - I am diligent and do my work well.
