They don’t “partner” with any of them. But they will repay your loans if you’re in GSAP or they will pay your second year loan back if you intern and sign the full time return offer from any Top 20 school.
Beware theres a service requirement before you’re eligible to apply to the reimbursement program (2 years for S&O, 3 years for tech).
Knowing that you have to ensure you really want to work there. I’d hate to have to wait 2-3 years, then likely owe some years on the back end too, if I didn’t like where I was. I mean certainly a good perk to not go into debt, but still.
Yea that’s 6-7 years you are committing to Deloitte in order to get full tuition reimbursement and even then it isn’t ‘full’ as you are still paying taxes on the loans.
Who defines top 20? US News? I’m sure it’s not a strict cut off? Say you go to 23 or 24. These rankings can sometimes be superficial especially with yearly fluctuations
Deloitte Talent & Recruiting team defines the list
There’s a list on dnet. You can also apply for an exception if a school isn’t on the list
1. Very Competitive
2. 8 year commitment with Deloitte. 3 year end reviews for admission, wait 1 year to start, 2 years grad school, 2 years post grad with Deloitte.
3. Pay taxes on reimbursement. Pay for housing and everything else yourself
Agree. Almost better off joining Deloitte post mba, they pay 2nd tuition for new MBA hires anyways
