All of them used it. I had online tests for BCG and McKinsey. Didn't go for Bain so can't say.

For McKinsey I'd really review the literature available right now. This for example: https://www.myconsultingcoach.com/mckinsey-problem-solving-game . For BCG, it was basically just regular case interview problem sets (the written tests) but in a "virtual and interactive" way. It was all meh.

Any takes on white male consultant odds of HBS/Stanford? (MBB 2-3 years, top GMATs, top undergrad, but didn't found a non-profit, work outside consulting, etc.). From folks I know looks like ~0%.
