Do Indian Companies shun diversity?

If not, then why are not as diverse in the countries they operate in? Other global multinational firms tend to use local resources.

Why not Indian firms?

When agencies post pics of their white staff, and boasts that they’re all about diversity, I call BS. A diverse house doesn’t mean the IT person or the receptionist- unless they’re also creatives!:)

London 🐠, have you faced bias due to ethnicity / national origin / your accent…seems like cultural diversity is at the face of the city but firm cultures beneath it all seem to be quite murky.

DEI in partnership. I’m in a large firm, and we are going through our list of partner candidates by practice, industry, region … new language today: “if you want to put up a male candidate, you need to put up a female candidate first.” While I’m an advocate of diversity and the need for explicit checks to avoid unconscious biases, this is getting uncomfortable. Are we getting closer to discrimination? Are we walking away from meritocracy? Disclosure: I’m male.
