I joined a bank as a business analyst 2 months back. I’m feeling that it’s more of a stagnant task for me though learning is there still i was much more happy with development. Now idk what to do because it’s 2 months, most companies i cannot apply before 6 months or a year maybe!

What shall i do? How to cope up with it? It’s difficult. YoE- 2 yrs and 4 months.

I’m holding very small amounts of Polkadot, Chainlink, Uniswap, Polygon, and Avalanche with various degrees of losses (20-50%) in an interest baring account (Celcius). Avalanche is the only non btc or eth crypto I’ve made money on. Should I transfer the small coins out of my interest baring account to swap them into BTC or just let them keep earning in the account? I won’t be able to move the BTC back into the Earn account after moving and dealing.
