There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon Amazon

Oliver Wyman. You can over perform in your first year and get a much larger bonus. You won’t be forced to take on additional responsibility, but anything you do take on will endear you to Partners and Managers supporting your promotion case very quickly
I'd lean towards OW, though depends on long-term plan! OW likely has better exit ops than EY (though may be similar if EYP).
Also hear better things about OW culture!
OW work may not be as exciting. Depends on the industry and service offering. OW in my eyes is poor man's MBB. What's your YOE?
I've seen the work product of MBB and also all the Big 4 except PwC, and there is virtually no difference in the quality of the output. The entire MBB > Big 4 is an elitist view from an era when MBB had a monopoly over what was traditionally considered management consulting business. Sure MBB pays more, but that's because they leverage their higher bill rates and margins to deliver under a brand name. OW plays in the middle

OW pay trajectory is much higher
I hated the OW brand because they always came to campus and boasted and oversold themselves.
On hindsight I might have done far better there. If you can say what practice you’re in, we would give you better insight. That said, 190K for a Manager is very high unless you’re in EYP in which case it might not be (especially if you’ve got an MBA)
Non-mba, fso consulting, spealized group so would be easy to identify if added
What practice are you in? This makes me feel very underpaid! $115 manager + 20% bonus with 10 years industry experience, 3 years consulting experience.
