Currently I am working for new startup paying around 22 Base Lpa . My current Exp is 1.6 Years and Tech Stack is Python+Aws+(Lots of Databases). My Work life is almost 0. I am looking for a switch to Big MNC with better work life but I have doubt that not all Product Base MNC will match My salary , Leave Hiking. Can you suggest some PBC that can match My salary and Give decent work life. So I can target them.

I am planning to move to San Jose and looking out for salary range offered to audit seniors. I am in the middle of my CPA and just need to pass one more paper. Also I have audit senior experience with EY as contractor for 5 months and 3 years of Audit Senior experience with a mid size audit firm based in houston. Since San Jose is overly priced, I would like to get an estimate that how much EY offers in that location.

I’m so shocked and devastated. I really thought I had it, and it was all based on how complimentary they were the entire time. If I don't complete my work in TCS during notice period can manager do anything bad.

I'm not a bad person but they gave a completely new work once I resigned, since the last project got ramped down.

So instead of giving KT and I was getting KT during notice period.

The new project was time consuming and I also have interviews to attend and also to handle exit process.

Why do companies/HR need immediate joiners even though they themself has a notice period of 3 months in their own company.
