It depends. I would have preferred philips. Reason Amadeus i heard good reviews , wlf , work culture but tech stack is very old. Now if belong to a healthcare domain which I presume you are then joining in MS would may lead to frustration. Because banking domains has lots of restrictions which healthcare does not. Even you will not get admin access to your laptop. And most importantly coming from europian company like Siemens and join to us based company like MS is another problem. I worked on Siemens before. I used to start office 9 am and close by 5pm. No one will ping you after that. But in us company late night calls will be there. Which is very tough to adjust. So if CTS are same think of Philips. Or tech is not a concern then u can think of Amadeus also.
