lam about to join a new org in a few days and they have planned a travel to Europe for me to get Technical KT. But the thing is they said only for 2 weeks. They are going to file a business visa(l can stay up to 90 days). I want to spend some more time there( atleast 2 months). How I can convince them to increase this duration?
Since I will be new there l'm not sure what to say. Only thing I know at this time is, the project is a bit complex and all developers are outside India.

Currently on Clomid for IUI and RE gave me options like I can either do the trigger or do at home testing. She wasn’t helpful with an answer to “If I should take a trigger & does it have any advantage over at home testing” as she believes I can pick one of my choice and should be ok. My co-worker is so resentful and competitive because I was promoted over her last year which caused a demotion on her end. People in the company still go to her for things that should be for me but she rarely corrects them.
