I’m closing in on 3 YOE (1 as a Senior), is it worth it to get Sec+ or CISM as certs at this point or should I just gun for CISSP? Hoping to get some certs under my belt but don’t want to dedicate time to one that won’t matter/increase market value should I choose to exit someday. Only thing I have right now is my work experience, no cyber-related certs.

Interview process question - I’ve met with the recruiter and corporate HR and was told the next steps would be meeting with the CRO (reporting manager) and then CEO. Im now told I’ll have a panel presentation on “a topic of my choice” prior to meeting with the CRO. They will invite anyone from the company who wants to join! I’ve been really consistent for about 7 weeks now, exercising and eating better. I’ve lost about 17lbs, but have another 70lbs to go and was feeling pretty demotivated this morning. I did make it to the gym and told myself I just needed to do a light 30 mins of cardio, which turned into 50 mins once I was actually there. But feel like I’m losing some of the motivation / push I had the first 6 weeks.
