I’ve worked as a Marketing Manager for smaller companies for the past 2 years. I’ve done a little bit of everything from graphic design to Google ads you name it. I’d like to transition to a corporate role but all positions are really specific. I wouldn’t say I am a specialist at anything particular. What marketing roles should I be going after? Any thoughts.

I just put in my two weeks to go to an AM 100 law firm to work in a niche practice area. I've never worked in a firm before. I started of doing compliance (non-attorney role) and then went in-house (acting GC for medium size company got a year). Any advice for someone who never had firm experience? If you went back to a firm what do you think you would have to prepare for? (Besides billiable hours and no life. ) Also, fwiw, I graduate in 2018.

I feel like I am a "grass is always greener on the other side" person and I for example as European would love to spend some time in the US, I came across many people doing the move in the other direction, so I am curious to see different opinions from people growing up in different places.

Thinking of switching employers. Do you think bigger retail stores (the ones that have several locations) are easier or harder to work at than little hole-in-the-wall grocery stores (which is all I've ever done)? I am from Mulesoft background with 12 yrs IT Experience and Got offers from Accenture and whishworks. Whishworks offer 2lacs more when compared with the fixed package. Designations are almost same(management level8) But Accenture provides 3lacs joining bonus and more variable pay(Accenture 27% whishworks 10%) which puts me in dilemma. I am looking job security and work life balance, which one do you suggest to choose??
