Which Salesforce practice is better for an experienced hire: Infosys, Appirio, or Capgemini?

I think part of it depends on what region or part of the world you are in. I’m not keen on Wipro in the US or Energy segments - but in other parts of the world they are a top company, and one of the best in India. My question for you - why these 3? Seems there are a lot of options out there and these are all pretty different? As an architect, you likely have options to go where you want.

Thanks. I am in the US. Two of the three are < 50% travel with WFH and the other is local project with a commute by ferry. A lot of other opportunities I looked at had more travel than I wanted.

@Partner 1: which company are you at? I’m looking to jump into Salesforce as well but Im afraid my company doesnt have enough opportunity in Texas.

For context - came from Cap which was closer to 80% travel and I’m much happier at Simplus

Don’t you guys do mostly cpq stuff though?

Capgemini has the largest Salesforce practice of the three. Appirio is strong but I would avoid Infosys personally
