Which spg platinum benefit is the most worth it? I'm thinking between 10 suite nights or one free night

I chose 10 suite nights because I figured I would be booking award nights anyway and then going for the guaranteed upgrade

like

One free night. Have had issues with suite nights in the past. Go for a sure thing.

like

If most of your stays are 3-4 nights during the Sunday to Thursday timeframe, you won’t get suite upgrades very often. If your stays tend to be 1-2 nights at a time because you’re bouncing between different projects in different cities, you’re more likely to get the suite upgrades. Hotels simply will not tie up suites for long periods of time without ancillary revenue if they can avoid it.

like

Suite nights. I have pretty good success clearing them at nice properties (e.g. Ws)

PwC, important to recognize that suite night upgrades are managed centrally by SPG. Individual hotels have no power to deny upgrades. If the upgrade is available 5 days prior to check-in, the room is yours. However your point that longer stays are less likely to clear is true since it's less likely that an upgrade will be available for all nights of your stay (particularly at leisure-oriented properties during peak periods)

Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.

Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.

But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

One key selling point, as they are trying to offer is the opportunity to work one day a week to use for things like training, acquiring certifications or building applications that you are interested in.

This sounds amazing. I don't get that at my current job. So, is this too good to be true? I would like your opinion on this.
