I'm an Azure data engineer with around 8 years of Exp.
My current package is of 29 LPA and have an HR round with coforge.
How much should I ask. Do they have a CTC range for 8 years exp?
My notice period is of 1 month.

I got an offer in UBS pune with 20 lakh fixed CTC for AO role, plus 80k shift allowances + 2.5 lakh relocation.
Also have an offer from Capgemini Pune for Manager role 26.75 lakhs ( 24.2 lakh fixed + 2.5 variable).
YOE - 13 years. This is my first switch.

Current location Chandigarh, UBS asking for joining in Pune office, Capgemini asking for Remote joining.

What company shall I choose. Please advice

I’ve been a creative strategist, account manager (both agency) and an ad sales operations manager (television/digital media) and I’m tired of bouncing around. I’m trying to narrow down paths that I can take now, but am at a loss. There are so many ways I could go. There is no trick to sell, either you can sell or not. The only trick is use your ears and identify key pieces and use them wisely in the conversation. Selling is a conversation properly led to a Goal.

Process tips for finding the right in-house counsel role would be much appreciated! I’m currently a 4th year (going on to be a 5th year) M&A associate at a V5.
