Morning: apple cider vinegar pills (tbh, not sure if they do anything, they just make me feel better) and a probiotic if my digestion is a bit out of whack.
Evening primrose oil to regulate my menstrual cycle, turmeric pills to reduce inflammation, and calcium.
With the addition of evening primrose oil and turmeric pills I’ve seen a big difference in my overall skin health! I always say that acne on your skin is indicative of inflammation happening inside your body so I try to address the root cause of my acne rather than solely rely on topicals.
I take the brand jarro-dophilius, not sure the exact one bc I’m out rn!
Just started collagen, I add it to my breakfast smoothies.
Second collagen for recovery from workouts and joint issues and a multivitamin on days where I haven’t balanced my diet well. Pre-workout before heavy running days.
protein! for obvious reasons after workouts, snack shakes, etc
Fish oil for heart health, turmeric for inflammation, ashwagandha for anxiety, milk thistle for liver health, glutamine for intestinal health. I have an autoimmune disease and if you couldn’t tell, am a bit neurotic 😜
