Which tech companies are hiring full time remote during COVID?

Quite a few I think. Facebook, VMware, Axelerant, Intel, and SAP are for sure. Still looking to stay in an analyst role?

Most of them. You just have to be careful of the ones that are only offering temporary remote.

Amazon and Deloitte

I think HPE might be hiring and I heard Deloitte was too

Just about everyone. If you want to stay remote though, be sure to read job descriptions carefully because are only remote until the theoretical day where COVID isn't an issue anymore.

How do I go about pivoting from customer facing roles to internal roles? My company is too small (health tech). I am burned out on executive relationships, customer facing demands, etc. I really enjoy program management type work. I do not like managing people. Would Chief of Staff be an option? Had I stayed at my previous firm I probably could have gone internal but going back in an internal role is not an option.

I know people say to not chase money but I’ve been in the industry for about 5 years (all in NYC at big old agencies) and I’ve never made anything of note. A senior position recently came up at another large agency that I don’t think will lead to great work… but it comes with a pay raise from 85 to 140. I’m in my late 30s and I’m tired of feeling like I’m not getting ahead financially. But sometimes I feel like a failure for not making a lot of cool work like my classmates from ad school.
