Which Texas biglaw firms are being flexible with WFH? I’m in Houston and my firm is not being flexible at all. I am trying to push back but the partners and management is getting incredibly pushy. I like my firm a lot but can’t do 5 days a week in the office. Anyone know of Houston firms offering flexibility?

Rumor has been that Baker McKenzie might retain some sort of “flex” WFH option once we are “fully reopened.” Right now you can go in but there’s been no pressure at all to do so. It’s been nice.

I have been WFH ever since Covid hit. Which I love! ( I do miss the social part of it tho). But I feel ever since then, I became SUPER lazy. (Not with my work) I live in NYC. When I needed to go to the office, I would wake up at 5am, go to the gym, take the train, go to work, come home, cook, spend time with my daughter and help with HW and spend time with my husband. Do it all over the next day. Now my energy is SUPER low. Stopped working out too. Anyone here could share their WFH Routine?
