For ladies who left - why did you ultimately leave, what type of work are you doing now and are you happier in your role post consulting?

Mgt. Consulting or AAS? I have an offer from a big 4 in AAS and an offer from a mid-tier (think top 10) in mgt consulting. Both for the director role. Not sure which one will lead to a stronger career path in the future. Any insights are helpful.

I’m ALWAYS selling myself short. I’m currently underpaid, and I was recently asked about my salary expectation for a new job, and I quickly spat out a number that is higher than my current role but tbh I know I deserve more than that.
