What is a normal salary range for someone in my position who recently graduated last May with a year of experience and holding these two certifications?

Recieved a good market adjustment months ago. Asked to apply for a position one level higher on another team. Current boss transparent he would block. After 5 weeks, new team offered zero comp increase promo (mngr wanted to give me much more but cant for 6 months). Current boss said I can request new role/salary and he will get it for me. Never wanted to leave company, but applied externally last week and likely to get offer. Should I even attempt negotiation with current?

So far I’ve been through 1 IVF cycle. I have one embryo that is frozen waiting for transfer. My doctor is wanting me to do another round of IVF to back eggs for baby number two down the road. Has anyone been through this? I know of two people around my age that got pregnant naturally with their second baby after IVF. Has anyone had any experience with debt collectors? I was sent a letter from a company called convergent claiming they are acting on behalf of a creditor (a bank) that I’ve no interaction with.
