Hi fishes, I was working at Capgemini and allocated to project from may 31st 2022. But my base location was Bangalore and i need to continue working at chennai as per my manager decision. So, do i get any relocation allowance for that. In my offer letter it was mentioned relocation allowance will be as per policies of the Company existing at that time. For the last 2.5 years I have been working as WFH from my native (MP). Now I am quite in a comfort zone of working from home.

Recently I tried to switch and got 2 offers.

1. Base location Chennai- wfh until 6 months then they may call for Hybrid mode. (P.s: wlb is not that great)

2. Base location Bangalore - Hybrid mode of work from day one.(wlb is good)

Plz suggest which 1 to choose? Is this ok to sacrifice wfh for a better wlb? Ctc n brand value similar.
