I prefer casual brainstorming sessions over structured strategy meetings. When meetings are more structured it can be difficult to feel comfortable sharing your opinions but in a more casual setting it's a lot easier to go back and forth with different ideas since it isn't as rigid or serious.
I completely understand where you’re coming from. Casual brainstorming sessions can indeed foster a more open and creative environment. They allow for a free flow of ideas without the pressure of a structured agenda, making it easier for everyone to contribute.
I like structure. I need the rules and goals laid out so people don't get lost in random tangents or side conversations
i totally agree with you on this.
I think its good to have 4-5 key points to talk about so it doesnt evolve into rambling, but I don't think it needs to be on a rigorous schedule.
