It depends on how financially stable you are. I quit my last job in December. It was so bad that it took a toll on my mental health. So yeah, choose wisely.
Are you being too picky. You shouldn’t have more than a few dealbreakers, then you should have things you want, but can negotiate some on. Hopefully you’re not one of those people who thinks they’ll have a job their passionate about lol.

Not really. Trying to match what people make in my geography, and saying no to relocation. But Its a lot of recruiter and hiring manager calls and then nothing.
