1) Wake up: 6:30am 2) Leave the house for a walk/run with my dog: 6:45-7am 3) Back home: 7:55-8:05am 4) Feed the dog/make my coffee: 8:05-8:15am 5) Quick shower and at my desk by 8:30am (I live with my parents so I typically snag some of the breakfast on the way to my desk) 6) First call is 8:45am so I do my 5-min makeup routine at my desk while checking emails I try to stick to this on the weekends but it doesn’t always happen and I’m fine with that. I am def blessed to be working from home, couldn’t imagine being able to do this with my previous commute (1.25hours).
I live west coast and work east coast hours so this is my day assuming I don’t have a 6am meeting, which happens about once a week 😭. Wake up 6am, lay in bed checking emails etc until 6:15-6:30. 6:30-7:00, get dressed and eat breakfast, sit and drink tea and look at internet, do wordle. 7:00, start work.
When I’m on top of my game, 7am/7:30am gym class (hiit, strength, or yoga) M-F. Home, walk dog, shower, log on by 9am make breakfast in between morning calls. Lunch around 2-3, dinner around 8. After work I clean, grocery shop, or watch tv. If I’m not in the mood to wake up I do 6pm evening fitness classes and sleep in until 9:15 😭😭
7am wake up: make bed, put away mine and my parents dishes and have some water, put on workout clothes. if i’m chatting with my parents i’ll also clean up my personal emails, sort thru any mail 7:30 quick yoga session or spin bike for 30 mins 8a: shower and put on real clothes if it’s a camera on meeting day. 9a logon 12:30-1p lunch break 6p: log off, usually go for a walk or nap if i’m sleepy :) 7p: dinner w parents 8-9:30: try to call a friend, plan a goal, or read a leisure book. this is usually when laundry or general organizing happens as i just recently moved back in with parents 9:30-11pm homework for the course I am taking usually gets done during this time. then it takes me about an hour to wind down or i’m texting in bed lol (definitely a bad habit) looking at how i spend my time i do hope to be a little bit more active in the coming year so that is a goal of mine!
My routine back when gyms were still pretty safe: Between 7-8: wake up 8:30-9:30: take gym class/go to gym (back by 10 latest) 10-10:15: quick shower 10:15-10:30: get dressed for the day 10:30-11: breakfast 11: start work I work west coast hours and live on the east coast for my engagement, so I take advantage of going to the gym in the morning (I know I def can’t wake up before 7) If I move back to an east coast engagement: I’d prob do gym later (anytime between 4-6pm instead) which would get up 2ish hours of my morning time needed for going/showering
I dont reach for my phone, I read a page of my daily devotional (I’m not religious but this book helps me mentally) i workout for a hour and half, come home drink my protein shake, (if i don’t go to the gym) I start my tea kettle, I put water in my facial steamer, I blast vitamins by Qveen herby and take a shower, I get out use my facial steamer wash my face, massage my face, drink my tea, light 2 (different rooms) incense and sit in silence for 20 minutes then I head to work.
I also work east coast hours but live on west coast. I wake up a little before 6, make a cup of coffee and do emails or meetings while having my coffee. Around 8am, I’ll make some breakfast, put on a little makeup and fix the front of my hair so that I’m zoom presentable for afternoon meeting.
My routine when I was living/working EST: 5:30-6:30 wake up, morning prayer, skin care routine 6:30-7:00 read, watch the sunrise 7:00-7:30 breakfast, coffee, vitamins, etc 7:30 daily Quran/Arabic class for 30 mins 8:00-8:30 morning HITT exercise or work towards my personal goals/business ideas 8:30 start work Me on the west coast working EST 5:57 roll out of bed and turn on my laptop 6:00 am begin work, morning prayer

I’m in the pacific coast and I wake up around 7am and start making breakfast by 7:15-20am. I am usually done with breakfast around 8am and log into work, check for emails, check calendars, make sure there are no fires. I usually have meetings throughout the day but try to take a break around 11am and walk my dog and soak some sun (weather permitting). I take lunch around 12:30-1:30pm and back to emails and meetings. If it’s a slow week I’ll try getting a PT appointment during the morning hours. So grateful for working from home!
I WFH but I have a daughter and dog so: 6:30-7:wake-up 7-8: get my daughter ready ; breakfast feed the dog 8-8:20: put daughter on the bus , walk the dog 8:30-9:00- make breakfast/coffee, get myself ready 9:15- start work 1-2: lunch/ walk dog / feed dog 4:00-6:00still working; daughter comes home, multitask snack and homework help 6:00- done work I have options to work weekends so , it varies
