Sr. Analyst at Accenture Strategy. Work 8-7 pretty consistently. Travel twice a month to cool(ish) cities. Make 110k base. Promotion cycle will be basically a pulse check. Been coasting for 3 months and getting high remarks from everyone.

Comp starts to tail off shortly relative to T2 (already behind MBB), but my WLB is pretty dope

Things got better once I moved on from KPMG - whew!

Happy as a clam these days.

What did you not like at KPMG? I’m in DAS and really like it. Good WLB compared to prior firm, approachable leadership, and interesting projects…

M at D, happy because I’m currently on parental leave but not sure how I’ll feel when I go back to work!

Team Lead at Accenture. Data viz development work . Cool technology stack and niche skill. Decent package. Never worked on weekend . Hardly stretch more than 8 hrs. Co-operative client and super cool Accenture manager

SPM in tech. Been great since leaving Acc

M, I’m ok with my career and pay. When I dipped my toes in the water to try and exit, it highlighted a few things I need to work on. So working on my plan.

PwC - burnt. This is the situation when I have no more responsibility on me other than taking care of me think if I will have to take care of my parents or SO or kids or any dependent. Not sure when time comes I will learn some magic tricks to manage responsibility and work both or I will suffer 🤔

SM at PwC, happy with the job, the pay. Projects are amazing (I jave a specific skill set). However have a hard time managing the stress and put boundaries. I am so tired though not sure i can keep that pace, but would like to.
