Sr. Analyst at Accenture Strategy. Work 8-7 pretty consistently. Travel twice a month to cool(ish) cities. Make 110k base. Promotion cycle will be basically a pulse check. Been coasting for 3 months and getting high remarks from everyone.
Comp starts to tail off shortly relative to T2 (already behind MBB), but my WLB is pretty dope

What did you not like at KPMG? I’m in DAS and really like it. Good WLB compared to prior firm, approachable leadership, and interesting projects…

M, I’m ok with my career and pay. When I dipped my toes in the water to try and exit, it highlighted a few things I need to work on. So working on my plan.
PwC - burnt. This is the situation when I have no more responsibility on me other than taking care of me think if I will have to take care of my parents or SO or kids or any dependent. Not sure when time comes I will learn some magic tricks to manage responsibility and work both or I will suffer 🤔
SM at PwC, happy with the job, the pay. Projects are amazing (I jave a specific skill set). However have a hard time managing the stress and put boundaries. I am so tired though not sure i can keep that pace, but would like to.
