Some of my role models include my parents and other family members, as well as friends and teachers. I look up to them for their accomplishments, strength, and resilience in the face of adversity.

I am inspired by powerful women who have made a difference in the world, such as Malala Yousafzai and Michelle Obama. These women are examples of what is possible when you pursue your passions and work hard to make a difference.

Some of my role models are my elders in my family. They have always been hardworking and have always provided for me and my sister. Another role model of mine is Kobe Bryant. He is an amazing athlete and has always worked hard to be the best that he can be.

Hi all, I got laid off from my current company (product based) a month ago. Since then I've been looking for new opportunities. I got an offer from a good product based company with a good package and also my current company offering me rehire with promotion and a good package. I have a good rapport with my current manager, and he played a major role in offering this rehire opportunity. I'm confused about making the right decision here. Kindly share your views. Both offers are pretty much same.

4.5 yoe in audit. have opportunity to move down in rank to valuation for a tiny bit more money in lcol. with that said, i’m up for promo to manager in audit. i hate it - but if i stay i’ll make more money in the meantime and have exit ops to shitty fp&a roles. my question is: is the move to valuation provide any better exit ops? is it worth it at all this late?

McKinsey & Company Has Mckinsey met BA headcount quota for the year/did they freeze hiring? I interviewed and got to last round last year, and applied again with a referral two months ago but haven’t heard anything from recruiting. Last year I heard back within 1 month of referral drop. I would’ve thought with my 1 more year of experience I should be able to get an interview easily.🥲 McKinsey & Company

Whoever said employers don’t care about grades and transcripts after your first job was a liar. Every lateral position that I’ve applied to as a 3rd year has requested transcripts. Why do we lie and tell grads that employers don’t check transcripts when they do. My coworker, a 5th yr, had to submit his transcripts also to lateral job. Side note - it speaks volume when multiple associates are trying to lateral at the same time

If I can delay my start until June, I will receive the newest round of special bonuses and can make a lump sum payment of ~$50,000 (all principal with the 0%). If I decline the offer and stay with my firm, I can make another $50,000 payment at the end of the year. I ultimately want to be in house, preferably in tech.
