Bio: About to finish my first year (23y) in a few months and have 10k in a 401(k) plan and 28k in a checking account (I attribute living at home for most of my savings). I have 19k in private loans (5-6%) and 35k in federal loans (4-5%, 0% rn) from UG.

Question: Don’t know too much about investing outside of basics and unsure if nows a good time to invest based off my experience level but I want to maximize my savings. Also, my mom has a 8k loan at 7% as well as my own loans. Any advice?

Hi. What do you do with a gaslighting boss and coworker in a small office? I also don’t feel like my boss even cares about me. Examples- there was a man with a gun in parking lot that I had to flee from and call police, he didn’t care- just asked me when I was coming back to work.😳 zero compassion. didn’t care I had a blinking light above my desk, waited two months to fix it though my eye was twitching! Makes me feel like a burden for taking care of my health, etc. and gaslights me regularly!

Decade+ in and realizing I would rather be either in pure play brand consulting (like an Interbrand) or in consumer/culture advisory (deeper thought leadership, trends, consulting, like a Gartner or a WGSN ish) than stay in ad agencies working on campaign development. Is it normal to have an extremely difficult time getting a job in brand strategy?

I have about a year's experience in the role but I keep getting rejected after final rounds even when I have people pulling for me within the department, consistently improve my elevator pitch, ask plenty of relevant questions, try to connect with interviewers, etc.

Nearing the finish line for one of the larger accounts at our agency and am beyond emotionally exhausted.

I feel I am not talking enough or not asking enough questions during meetings and internal meeting and have a feeling it’s going to come up. Sometimes I honestly just have nothing to say but agree. How can I compact this?
