I'm a young, but pretty good UX Web Designer. I just picked up a freelance gig to design the company logo, brand, website, and product. When they asked me how much I charge I just said $45 an hour. I think I went way under what I should have.

Hello Fishes, British petroleum Grade-7 in Digital functions or Wipro C1 Business Value Architect, fixed pay is almost same Wipro is paying 2 lacs more variable than BP.

I just finished my Masters at UT Arlington. I’ve been working for this firm for almost 3 years in uptown Dallas. I technically don’t have a title, obviously because I’m not license. Can someone legitimately explain to why bankers take so long to come up with LBO models on the financing side, and refuse to allow us to review them in detail? We provide preliminary feasibility analysis on loans on so many deals and the difference of what the bank comes up with is always minimal, but always takes a month? I received a job offer last week from Alvarez & Marsal to work as a consultant at the Transaction Advisory Department (financial due diligence team), where I will be paid more fairly (salary & bonus). Should I accept it? Or would leaving EY that early not be wise?
