1. A senior digital strategist who conflates outlandish questions with provocative insights. 2. An account director who thinks “having heart for the idea” is an actual sales tactic. 3. A copywriter who knows basic HTML5. 4. Any SVP/VP who thinks there’s a task at their agency that’s below them. 5. An art director who is constantly being asked to design things.

Almost any but not all HR people. They are not Human and not a Resource .
1. The person who finishes the pot of coffee and “forgets” to brew a new one. Then keeps “forgetting” even when you catching finishing the pot and walking away. (Those of you who work or have worked at smaller agencies will get it).
2. The person who keeps “borrowing” pens from other people’s desks.
3. The people who are mean to the receptionist.
4. The CEO or senior manager who won’t say hello back in the elevator to junior staff.
5. The monster who keeps stealing and eating my clearly labeled sandwich from the agency fridge.
