What’s your recommendation if my new 401k does not accept pension rollover? I think the only 2 roll over options left are traditional/Roth IRA, right? If I first roll over the pension to traditional IRA, and then immediately roll over the traditional IRA to my new 401k, will I still trigger the pro rata rule when I do backdoor Roth in the future? I have never contributed to a traditional IRA or done backdoor Roth so far.

Hello: I've had cats and just took my 12 year old cat for his 6 month check up. We have been watching his thyroid levels which are a little elevated but this time his calcium is elevated. Everything else is normal and vet wants abdominal ultrasound to see for cancer. Has anyone had this? Left message for vet to discuss... obviously upset.
