Not Deloitte, high use of Google

Very low expertise, most of the time the other functional practices need to pick up the ball

Deloitte first, PwC/EY probably tied for second

Deloitte easy

I’ve worked alongside some of our human cap M&A folks at KPMG and have been pleasantly surprised.

I go out for my run at 5:00 AM in morning, this has been my habit since this summer, and this schedule serves me well (I have started and stopped running multiple times because of schedule conflict) , now that weather is changing (got into 40s already in early mornings), and where I live soon it will be freezing temps.
Would love some suggestions from early morning runners, how do you manage these months of the year? Any specific outfits you recommend?

Despite the title here (I can’t seem to get a change to stick), I’m a senior UX designer who’s been at a company for 4.5 years. This week, I’ve adjusted my LinkedIn status to being “open to work”, for recruiters only — not actively seeking, just exploring options.

I’ve been unhappy at the org for the better part of a year since my former innovation team was dismantled. Just tonight, I received a connection request on LinkedIn from my HR director, whom I’ve minimally connected with. Coincidence?

I want to leave my job as an IT Auditor- but I fear that “IT Audit skills” are not reasonably transferable to other jobs. I’ve barely been doing this a year but I am not a fan of the tik and check of audit in general. Im not even sure what I’d want to do- any career advice or idea of a new role?

I'm new here and in the country. Recently moved to Bangalore, India from Cape Town after my wedding.

I've received the following opportunities as UX Designer.

22LPA +1LJB + 2K monthly Expenditure + Quarterly Bonus based on Company Performance

Or

30LPA + 1.5L Variable + 3L ESOP.

Both seem great companies.

What would be great in the long run in terms of taxes and benefits ?

Does anyone here use LinkedIn for prospecting, and have success with it? I have Premium, and I send dozens of messages per week, and if I’m lucky one person will respond. And most of the people I message work for companies that are already purchasing from us, but there’s no business relationship. Super frustrating.

The other question is: how many of you receive unsolicited messages on LinkedIn and just ignore them?
