Feeling that my brain has been on “auto pilot” mode for years. I am Principal in one of the top consulting firms, promoted on fast track basis, so have not been “lazy” and doing good at work. But everything feels the same, nothing gets me intellectually stimulated anymore, and now I feel like if the trend continues, I might lose my ability to adapt and learn new things altogether. Those who exited to pharma or biotech, what % raise did you get with promotion? I joined a mid size pharma and when I got promoted to AD, was shocked with a mere 8% raise in base with a 3% increase in bonus and triple the stocks but it takes a white to vest.. is this the standard?

How would you account for promotional sensitivity of products when you apply weights to a drug portfolio? For example, a drug could be first-in-class and as a result doesn’t have to be promoted as much as another drug which has some competition. We have some weights from sales but how do you include weights for promotional sensitivity on top?
