Looking for suggestions for house plants (two or three varieties) that look good, don’t attract insects and worms, hardy, and low maintenance (don’t need daily watering). Now that WFH is here for some part of 2021, I wanted to bring some plants to my home office. Pictures of your own home office plants are also much appreciated. TIA!

Just spoke to someone who landed an interview at their dream company. They didn’t get it through applying. Here’s what they did instead: 1. They studied the job post. 2. Whats the best way you’ve seen someone land an interview?

I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.
Is COVID-19 causing delays in offers (after onsite/superday)? What is the typical turnaround time after superday at FAANG and PE?
