Wills are less important than they used to be
So most of your accounts be it bank, roth, 401k, brokerage, etc, all have named beneficiaries. These pre-empt a will.
My will names all non-liquid assets.
Most likely spouse but I’m curious to know the correct answer
Get a will and it’s whom ever you want 👍🏻
Look up probate court. You do not want to die without a will or trust as the State is the decision maker from that point.
You can specify beneficiaries and contacts.
Make a will, add ur spouse as beneficiary everywhere. Probate is a painful process if u have real estate.
