1. Gratitude journal - cheesy? Maybe, but use it for a month and see what it does for you
2. Let the negative thoughts pass like a leaf in the wind. Simply identify it โah yes thatโs a thoughtโ and move forward. Itโs not easy and take practice but itโs stuff like this (and similar DBT techniques) that have helped me SO much

Hardest part is recognizing it
I can, for sure. But I have also learned to over come this.
Be persistent in thinking positively. And be grateful for all the things you do have in life.
